Question by nova_queen_28: Engagement party - balloon decorations?
My Mom is very generously hosting an engagement party at the local VFW Hall. She doesn't have tons of money and won't let my fiance & I help her out with paying for the party so we really want her to keep it simple & low-key.
She thought putting groups of balloons in our wedding colors - black, white & red - around the room would be a good decoration AND the kids that attend could take them home and we're not left with decora
